Since his earliest networking days as Disco Splendor with Minoy, I have enthusasticly written, traded and collaborated with California artist Phillip B Klinger. This is my favorite early work with him. The title is a swipe at the Kipling (?) "Man Who Would Be King".

Music + a buncha sounds = NOISE! Wonderful Noise!
I can go along what the other reviewer said. This is yet another one of my favorite experimental electronic works along with "White" by Crow and "Thousands Are Still Asleep" by Here Be Monsters (they, too, are half-hour long works on ZH27). You may sit back and meditate, but prepare for a lot of sounds (and some noise). Not for creating a relaxing atmosphere. More like how a chaotic looking piece of modern art would be if it's music.

...new harmony is born
Excellent eclecticism of a sound and time, space and movement. Among chaos and improbable synthesis surprising and amazing new harmony is born. superb!!
